The word Raja comes from the Sanskrit for Royalty and you will feel like a king or queen sitting in this chair! The Raja Meditation Chair by Harmony In Design features an elegant hand-carved frame with a lotus blossom carved on the seat front as well as coconut wood accents on the upper back. The shorter style of arm rests will help to support your arms during meditation while still allowing you to have your legs crossed if you desire. Like all of our other pieces, this meditation chair is made completely from sustainable materials. You will meditate in style with this beautifully crafted chair!

The chair seat and back are made of woven banana leaf. The sturdy frame is made of solid mango wood. The wood base is now available in a Natural clear finish as well as the darker Espresso color. The cushions are made of all natural, 100% cotton covers that are filled with all natural kapok stuffing. The cushions come in two natural colors ... Flax and White. The cushion covers are simple to clean as they are removable for easy washing. And, as always, we use only water base finishes to protect the wood and minimize strain on your health and the environment.
